Two people, one crew, no handover
Namara has been renovating flats in Vilnius since 2016. We have stayed small on purpose - it is the only way one of us can be on your site every day.
Since 2016
Rūta draws it. Tomas builds it.
Rūta spent six years drawing interiors for other people to build, and got tired of finding out on handover day what had been changed without asking. Tomas spent eight years building what other people drew, and got tired of drawings that ignored where the pipes actually were.
They started working together in 2016 for the obvious reason.

How we work
How we work, in four sentences

Every day. Not a foreman who visits on Thursdays.

Whether you asked or not, and whether the week went well or not.

When something opens up behind a wall, you hear it that afternoon - not in the final invoice.

We finish the snag list
Handover is not the end. The list is closed when it is empty, not when the money arrives.
Who we are not for
Anyone who wants the cheapest crew - we are not, and we will not pretend. Anyone who needs to start next week; we usually book eight to ten weeks out. And anyone who wants us to draw something and then hand it to a builder we have never met: that is exactly the arrangement we exist to avoid, and we would be no better at it than anyone else.
If that rules you out, we would rather tell you today than in week three.
